Rep. Clibborn to Speak to Freight Mobility Roundable

The Regional Freight Mobility Roundtable will meet on Friday, December 7, to discuss a number of recent developments related to infrastructure and freight mobility.  The Roundtable will meet in the PSRC Boardroom from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.

State Representative Judy Clibborn chairs the House Transportation Committee

House Transportation Committee Chair, Representative Judy Clibborn, will speak with the group regarding the upcoming 2013 Legislative session:

What are expected to be the priority transportation issues for the upcoming session, and what changes are there since 2012?

Additionally, the PSRC is working on drafting a unified regional freight message to reflect regional priorities as the MAP 21 National Freight Strategy is developed.  Roundtable participants will be asked for ideas regarding what should be included in a unified message that reflects the needs for freight and goods movement in the context of a broader picture nationwide as MAP 21 is implemented.

Please plan on joining the conversation.  If you have any questions, please contact Sean Ardussi at 206-464-7080, sardussi@psrc.org.
